What are your working hours? Do you only work from 9 to 5?
Actually I don't! Despite what the name of the business may suggest, no, I don't only work from 9 to 5! Since I work from home and have no small children to look after, it means that I can be very flexible with my time, so if you need someone to complete a job outside normal office hours, or during school holidays, look no further!
Do you run a virus checker?
Yes. My computer is my livelihood, so it is absolutely essential for me to have a firewall and virus checker in place. However, I strongly recommend that you invest in a virus checker yourself as I cannot take responsibility for any infections that may occur.
Are you happy to accept work in other languages?
I am happy to accept work in Spanish, German, French and Italian. It must be noted however that I can only provide assistance with copy-typing in these languages, except Spanish where I can also provide help with proofreading, including checking for both spelling and grammatical errors.
Do you accept work from overseas?
Provided that my terms are agreed to, and payment is received in advance, I am more than happy to accept work from overseas customers.
Are you willing to sign a confidentiality agreement?
I do have a confidentiality clause in my contract, but will be happy to sign the customer's own confidentiality agreement should this be required.
