Delegating your office work isn't really any different from delegating other jobs such as your lawnmowing, your window cleaning or your car maintenance. Confidentiality Issues

Overseas Customers: I work whilst you sleep
Need something done overnight? You don't have to pay double the going rate in your country for an agency "temp", nor ask your staff to work overtime. You may want to consider that after a long day at work they will be tired and more likely to make mistakes.
Take advantage of the time difference with New Zealand instead. I can do the work for you whilst you sleep, so it's ready for you when you get up - and you won't need to pay me extra!
